Sweet news report about the Savage Gardens in DC, they feature the Pod and the Venus Flytrap.
We just installed these planters and light hooks at 89 Fish & Grill in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The Planters are powder coated steel. The planters are two pieces, the frames and the planter boxes, they have hooks on the top, so the owners can string lights across, and the poles with the hooks help do the same, making sure that the string lights surround the patio. Enjoy!
4 of the five light hooks.
One of the planters from the front. The owners will plant climbing flowers so the planter will hide a bit of the freeway exit ramp wall.
We’ll get images when the planters are filled with planty things and the lights are stung up.
Thanks, The TORK Crew
Here are some more images from the install of Savage Gardens @ United States Botanic Garden. These shots are of the Venus Flytrap. Enjoy!

More images to come. The exhibition has opened and we’re working on getting photos of the sculptures in the fully set up show. Stay tuned.

Here we finally have the documentary that originally accompanied the show at the Franklin Park Conservatory back in 2010. It is now available for public viewing the first time, and we’re excited for you to see it.
Folks who visit the show at the US Botanic Garden in DC, and future shows, will just have to scan a QR Code to be able to view this. Cool huh?!
We would once again like to send a big shout out and a big hug to Jake Housh, who shot, edited, and did the music.
Enjoy!
Thanks, The TORK Crew

Detail shot of the Sundew, and in case you didn’t know, this sculpture has a couple hundred resin “tentacles” that are illuminated by a fiber-optic lighting system, and you can just see the little points of light in the “tentacles” in this photo. Of course, the best way to see is to go visit it art the United States Botanic Garden in DC.

Another shot just in. This one looks familiar, indeed, but in this one, taken on Tuesday, it’s dry and the sun is shining, illuminating the Trumpet Plants. The guys also did a bit of rearranging (check it against the first photo) Enjoy!
